As many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
- Clean 95/65
- Forward Lunge (left leg) 95/65
- Forward Lunge (right leg) 95/65
- Push Press
*Goal = 30 or more reps (1 rep = 1 round)
AMRAP 12 minutes of:
- 5 Wall Walks
- 10 Toes 2 Bar
- 15 Jumping Air Squats
*Goal = 6+ rounds

In case you missed any and all of our notifications regarding this weekend’s events and how that will affect our schedule, here's a heads up. Our gym will be closed Friday at 1:00pm and will remain closed until Monday at 8:00am. Why? "The Gorilla Takeover", October 26th & 27th @ The Portland Expo Center.
