How to Join

Step 1:
Attend a Free Class!
This free introductory session is designed to help you see how a class is structured, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to a CrossFit workout. You will gain instruction in basic movements, and experience examples of how we scale workouts for each individual. This class is offered every Saturday at 12 P.M. Please email us ahead of time lindsay@crossfitstumptown.com.
Step 2:
Complete Our Foundations Course
Following the FREE session, each person is required to complete our Foundations Course. This program is designed for people new to CrossFit, regardless of one’s previous athletic background. These fundamental sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing your results when you enter the group classes. If you have prior CrossFit experience you may bypass the course.
Step 3:
Enter Into Our Regular Classes
Following completion of the Foundations course you may choose a membership option of your choice and come to any class offered on our schedule. The workouts will still be scaled to your individual ability but you will be able to participate in the regular classes. Foundations will provide you with the confidence you need to be able to come into regular classes. You will also be set up on Wodify account, which will be how you will sign in for a class, track your workouts and keep membership information up to date. We do require you to sign in ahead of time to a class. Signing in and purchasing memberships can be done online on our website.
