Wall facing OHS w/ PVC 10 reps

Jump Squats 10 reps

10 Push ups

Wall quad stretch 30 seconds each side

10 candlesticks to bottom of squat

Deadlift (5×3@75-80%)

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds

Every 4 Minutes

Run 400m and with the remaining time–5 deadlifts (275/185) and then max reps of C2B Pull-ups, viagra approved Pull-ups, Ring Rows (Members choice)
