In our running program, we teach proper running mechanics based on the Pose Method of running. Running is a skilled that is learned.
Everyone differs greatly in their strengths and weakness’. We program on an individual basis. Every Saturday at 11, our Olympic Weightlifters have the opportunity to come in and work their lifts under the guidance of our certified Olympic Weightlifting coaches.
With workouts that are scalable, This program can equally benefit a child who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts.
