2. Annie on the run-50/40/30/20/10 (Double Unders and sit-ups) run a 200 between each set.
3. Diane- 21-15-9 (Deadlift/Handstand pus-pulls)
4. Graces 1/2 sister- 30 Clean and Jerks
4. Karen- 150 Wall balls (20/14)
