We offer a wide range of classes at various time to accommodate the various needs of you our members!

    Open to those who have attended at least 10 CrossFit classes in the last year and are familiar with the majority of CrossFit lifts and movements. Exceptions may be made by Tony or Joon.

    This class is lead by our head coach Tony Edgerton.

    This class is lead by Jeffrey Howard.
  •   Closed for Private Sessions

    The gym will be closed from 1-4 every day.
