Stumptown Kids

With workouts that are scalable, This program can equally benefit a child who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress. No two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and are always excited about participating. The workouts consist of functional movements, which are exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids do: pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained coach. Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Our goal is to pair fitness with fun! We want to define lifelong health and fitness habits, create a sense of community, reverse and prevent prevalent health issues, and promote fundamental life skills all while providing a safe, fun, and exciting environment for your kids and teens!
