Prone shoulder pec stretch with trunk rotation 30 sec each

Banded pull aparts T 10 reps

Banded pull aparts X 10 reps

50 ft Inchworm

50 ft crab walk

50 ft Lateral lunge stretch

50 ft Prisoner squat with pause

PVC pipe shoulder ER stretch 30 sec each

20-30 second FLR hold

30 sec hang from pull up bar

Bench Press (Take 15 min to establish 3 rep max)

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time of:

25 kettlebell swings, 70/53

25 sit-ups

25 back extensions

25 knees-to-elbows
