Inchworms 50 ft

Knee grab dyno walk with russian kick 50 ft

Spiderman stretch 50 ft

Thoracic extension on pull up bar x 10 reps

Jump Squats 10 reps

10 Push ups

Wall quad stretch 30 seconds each side

10 bootstrapper stretch

Deadlift (5 Sets 3 reps @ 85%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 2 min for 16 min complete:

1) Deadlift x 8 @ 65% 1RM

2) 30 UNBROKEN Double Unders (45 LATERAL JUMP single unders)+ 12 Abmat situps
