Wall quad stretch 30 sec each side

Walking lunge with rotation 50 ft

Lateral lunge stretch 50 ft

Over under Hurdle 50 ft

Prison squat broad jump 50 ft

PVC pipe pass throughs 10 times each palms facing backwards and forwards

10 Wall squat therapy

Push Jerk (3 x 5 reps (add 5-10 lbs.))

50 Box Jumps (24/20)

40 SDHP (75/45)

30 Ring Dips

20 Alt. Pistols

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

5 Muscle-ups

2 Rope Climbs
*Mods: Pistols 40 Alt. Jumping Lunges. Muscle-ups 5 Pull-ups or Chest to Bar Pull-ups. If you cannot Rope Climb add 5 more Pull-ups.
