Inchworms 50 ft

Knee grab dyno walk with russian kick 50 ft

Spiderman stretch 50 ft

Thoracic extension on pull up bar x 10 reps

Jump Squats 10 reps

10 Push ups

Wall quad stretch 30 seconds each side

Power Clean (Take 15 minutes to work up to a 3rm. (TNG))

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Against a running 3 minutes clock complete :

10 Deadlifts 225/155

20 Wall Balls 20/14

Remaining time get as many reps of kbs (53/35) as possible.

-Rest 1 minute between sets.
