15 Deadlifts (250/175)
25 Box Jumps (30/24?)
50 Pull-ups
100 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
200 Double Unders
Run 400 meters with plate (45/35)
-time cap top of hour

Be sure not to go too heavy on the cleans. I know a lot of you are feeling strong and want to get after these, check but we need to establish control over these lighter more moderate weights. Remember, hospital we’ll be adding weight every week, so you’ll get your chance to go big when it’s time.
