Complete the following alternating EMOM for 12 minutes:

  • Sprint 1/2 Gasser
  • 15x 2 pood/1.5 pood Russian KB Swings

On the first minute complete the sprint 1/2 gasser, on the second minute perform 15 kettle bell swings.

Continue this sequence for 12 minutes.
